Structure of the Admissions Office

• Head of Admissions
• International Admissions Unit — manages overseas student applications and visa coordination
• Domestic Admissions Unit — processes applications from UK-based applicants
• Admissions Evaluation & Document Verification Unit — reviews academic records, qualifications, and authenticity
• Student Liaison & Counseling Services — provides personalized support, consultations, and pre-admission advice
• Partner & Agent Coordination Team — handles admission partnerships, school collaborations, and agency networks

Admission Rules & Regulations

To ensure a fair and consistent admissions process, RSBT follows these core regulations:

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the minimum academic qualifications for each program level (Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's, PhD).

English Language Proficiency

Non-native English speakers must submit IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or equivalent results unless exempted.

Document Submission

All applications must include verified academic transcripts, passport copies, reference letters, and personal statements.

Application Deadlines

Applications must be submitted before the published deadlines for each intake (Fall, Spring, Summer).

Conditional Offers

Conditional offers may be issued pending submission of final documents, language scores, or visa approvals.

Fee Payment Regulations

Enrollment is only confirmed upon payment of the initial tuition deposit as outlined in the offer letter.

Visa & Immigration Compliance

International students must comply with UKVI regulations. RSBT provides support but final responsibility lies with the student.

Withdrawal & Deferral Policies

Students must formally apply for deferrals or withdrawals through the Admissions Office with supporting reasons.
