The Student Services Department at the RUSEL School of Business & Technology (RSBT) plays a vital role in enhancing the student experience from enrollment to graduation. Functioning as a collaborative unit that works closely with both the Registrar's Office and the Administration Department, Student Services ensures that every student receives holistic, timely, and effective support throughout their academic journey.

Student Services works closely with the Registrar's Office to:
- Facilitate course registration and academic advising
- Support attendance monitoring and academic warnings
- Assist with academic records, grade access, and graduation processes
- Communicate key academic deadlines and policies to students
- Coordinate official documents (ID cards, transcripts, verifications)
Link to Administration Department
Student Services partners with the Administration Department to:
- Manage student accommodation, campus access, and ID services
- Facilitate student feedback, complaints, and disciplinary referrals
- Organize orientations, workshops, and non-academic support services
- Implement institutional policies related to student conduct, health, and safety
- Oversee student insurance, visa guidance, and well-being support

- Student Helpdesk & Resolution Unit — walk-in support, student queries, documentation follow-up

- Health & Wellness — mental health counseling, wellness events, and health referrals

- Visa, Immigration, & Housing Support — support for international students in navigating the UK system
- Grievance & Complaints Handling — confidential support for resolving concerns and academic complaints
- Student ID, Letters & Certification Coordination — liaison with Registrar's Office for student letters, verification, and re-issuance
- Alumni & Career Services Linkage — coordinating with the Career Office to ensure post-study transition
